Graybeard Capital is an independent private equity investment firm formed by two industry veterans to break out of the narrow investment criteria and constraints of traditional private equity firms. Combining a rare combination of marketing, sales, operations, legal, finance and investment experience with the wisdom of years making mistakes, fixing them and learning throughout,  we are creating a unique, nimble investment firm. We pride ourselves on our ability to source middle market control equity opportunities from our vast network of global relationships. We graybeards differentiate form the typical private equity firm by obsessively hands on together with our ability to source unique, off the run acquisition opportunities that are outside a formal process, inefficiently banked or falling into a special situation falling outside the narrow mandates of most private equity firms.

Private Equity firms are a dime a dozen and largely follow a formulaic approach based on industry, revenues and EBITDA. At Graybeard, we pride ourselves on our nimbleness and flexibilty and willing to work through alternative structures and processes. We eschew the cookie cutter investment approach of most of our peers. Wr roll up our sleeves, get under tha nood and find unique, value driven opportunities.
